Description:
The programme will review the legislation relating to occupational safety as set out in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005. Upon successful completion of this programme the student will be able to identify and analyse factors in the workplace, workforce and operational structures, which affect the causes of incidents, accidents and ill health in the workplace and select appropriate control methodologies.

This programme can be delivered on-line, by attending the Institute one evening per week or delivery at a clients workplace, subject to viable student numbers.
